The Kartar 2 Way Inlet K 910 2, offered in stainless steel (SS), is a dual-connection inlet piece (also known as a breeching inlet or inlet connection) designed for integration into fire-fighting water supply systems. This component features a dual inlet layout that allows simultaneous connection of two fire service lines or hoses, providing flexibility during emergency deployment. Fabricated in robust stainless steel, it ensures high corrosion resistance and long service life, making it suitable for demanding or coastal environments. The unit is built to IS 904 standards, with a flange sized at 100 mm (approximately 4 inches) in NB, an outer diameter around 220 mm, bolt circle of 180 mm, and drilled with 8 holes of 19 mm diameter for standardized flange compatibility. It undergoes 21 kg/cm2 hydrostatic test pressure, aligning with industry safety norms, and incorporates in-built check valves that may be SS or bronze depending on the variant.
